With huge floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a spacious open-plan interior, the villas are clearly inspired by the crisp, clean and expansive natural beauty that paints an unforgettable picture as you cosy up on the sofa, or dine al fresco on the private deck. The wooden walls and ceilings add a homely chalet vibe, whilst the outdoor deck in the perfect place to unwind and reflect. The ultimate indulgence comes with the luxurious bathtub, sitting by a huge bay window that can be opened up so you can enjoy the fresh breeze as you sip on a glass of wine in a tub full of bubbles.

There are plenty of delicious local restaurants nearby, but should you fancy dining in the comfort of your villa, Azure will be happy to make this happen. The secluded location and incredible surroundings evoke a sense of wellbeing and peacefulness, however there are plenty of activities nearby too should you get itchy feet.

Perched on a hilltop overlooking Lake Wakatipu and its breath-taking backdrop of soaring mountains, Azure is only a five-minute drive from downtown Queenstown, and 20 minutes away from Queenstown Airport. Despite its close proximity to the city, Azure still evokes a wonderfully secluded and tranquil ambience.

There are nine villas altogether, all including:

All of the charming villas offer 79sqm of open plan living space, adopting a quaint chalet-style vibe with wooden walls and ceilings. The sophisticated décor is clearly inspired by the tranquil surroundings, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom and the living room allow you to truly take in the area’s unspoilt beauty. We love the bathtubs that sit right next to a large bay window in the bathroom – you can open up the windows and feel the clean, fresh air as you relax in a warm bubble bath with a drink in hand. The villas also feature a dining area, and a private sun deck overlooking the mountains. All sleep a maximum of three people.

Guests can either enjoy delicious cuisine in the main lodge or in the comfort of their own villa, and all guests receive complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes. The candlelight dinner with a view is a lovely experience for those hoping for a touch of romance – choose from one of the specially curated menus from one of the local restaurants and Azur will do the rest.

With only a five-minute drive to downtown Queenstown, there are plenty of nearby restaurants to try.
